MIGUEL PILGRAM | Owner/CEO

Miguel is a third generation ex-Navy veteran who previously served as Global Fleet Security Manager for Norwegian Cruise Lines for over 10 years. He has traveled extensively with several years living abroad. Through his travels, he has become fluent in Portuguese and Mandarin. He is a family man that is a proud father of two, sports fanatic, avid reader and fitness enthusiast.

Pilgram signs his emails “A Man of Honor” and he truly is the embodiment of this sentiment. From his discipline in assembling real estate holdings, to his creativity in renovating/repurposing them, to his passion for helping those who need a hand, he is a unique force in the South Florida business world.

Leanda Robinson | CFO

Leanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Christian Brothers University. She is the survivor of a kidney transplant donated by her son and is the mother of two amazing children. She has been in the property management business for over 15 years. She joined The Pilgram Group in 2012 and currently manages the finances as the Chief Financial Officer.
